Shrutinandan is conceptualized and created by Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty. In tune with the ‘Guru-Shisya parampara’, Panditji himself looks after all the students in association with Mrs Kaushiki Chakrabarty Desikan (his daughter, a prominent talent in the national arena and a product and torch-bearer of ‘Shrutinandan’ concept), Mrs Chandana Chakrabarty (the Principal) and a team of 25 of his advanced students.

Karnatic music training is imparted to the students the source of which is Dr M Balamuralikrishna, the doyen of Karnatic music. Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty and Mrs Kausiki Chakrabarty desikan, disciples of the legendary Karnatic Guru teaches in his absense.
