Nada means sound. There are two types of Nada – 1) Anahata Nada and 2) Ahata Nada.

Anahata Nada may be experienced after the long spiritual life and deep concentration practice. Very few people like “Yogis” (saints) may listen to Anahata Nada after long period of concentrated practice.

Ahata Nada is produced by friction or striking of two materials. It is audible by human ears if the sound frequency created thereby I between……………….
